January TWENTY-FOURTH (3d) the Day of THE ALOOF ICON:
The Jack of Clubs Club
"God wants you a whole person." - Oral Roberts
Those born on January 24 can receive an inordinate amount of admiration and loyalty from those around them. There are certain attractive elements to their active personalities that seem to draw people to them like flies. Yet, of course, this creates its own set of problems. Since so much is put on them by others, in terms of psychological projection (in extreme cases amounting to worship), their load is indeed a heavy one to bear. Not only for their "fans," but for their family, friends and associates. January 24 people often must function as icons - perfect embodiment of what others themselves would like to be. Not surprisingly, jealousy from those who want what they have, or feel inferior to them, is also common.
It is only natural that many January 24 people appear conceited or stuck-up, since they often have been placed or have placed themselves in an exalted position from adolescence and early adulthood on. They may adopt an aloof attitude, primarily as a defense which protects their privacy. (Another reason may be that they work so hard that they regard personal intrusions as unwanted distractions.)
My Aloof Icon mother, Esther Louise Gregory
Because January 24 people often hold lingering doubts whether they are as great as they are cracked up to be, they may not wish others to examine them so minutely. However, as long as they respond to the desires and wishes of others and satisfy expectations, they usually manage to maintain their position of high standing. The problem is that they may be completely out of touch with what they want from life.
ADVICE: Bring yourself into sync with life around you as an equal., but not because people say you are. Don't be prey to the expectations of others. Fight for your own identity;

THREE of Diamonds: Bright, personable, optimistic and fun. These are the positive attributes of the Three of Diamonds. Unfortunately, the overwhelming urge for self-protection in material interests can throw these people back on the stark uncertainty, and insecurity of the number 3. During late teens and early twenties, 3 of Diamonds people may become victims of unreliable friends or associates. If they have beauty, material security or other advantages, they can be subject to jealousy and gossip. Early marriage is usually filled with such serious obstacles and troubles, it's better for the 3 of Diamonds to wait until late 20's before tying the knot. http://www.metasymbology.com/
AQUARIUS I: The Week of GENIUS: January 23-30: Although AQUARIUS I's may not necessarily be more intelligent than others in the year, they generally learn quickly and exhibit an alert, even high-strung demeanor. Like thoroughbreds, they are hot-blooded types, usually champing at the bit to get on with it. Patience is not one of their virtues, and AQUARIUS I's show a marked itchiness with those slower sorts who need time to express themselves and make decisions.
Strengths: Precocious - Unique - Self-Taught
Weaknesses: Reckless - Distracted - Stressed-Out
AQUARIUS I NOTABLES: Mozart, FDR, Oprah , Paul Newman, Hadrian, W.C. Fields, Lewis Carroll. Source: The Secret Language of Relationships Gary Goldschneider & Joost Elffers.
ADVICE: Clarify a realistic picture of yourself in your mind's eye. A certain amount of undesirable personal interaction is always necessary: try to be more thick-skinned and, if necessary, downright insensitive. Cultivate calm, patience and persistence rather than always going your own way. Learn to handle frustration and be tough enough to quietly demand the very best for yourself.
January 24 (Aquarius I), February 22 (Aquarius-Pisces Cusp), March 20 (Pisces-Aries Cusp), April 18 (Aries III), May 16 (Taurus III), June 14 (Gemini III), July 12 (Cancer III), August 10 (Leo II), September 8 (Virgo II), October 6 (Libra II), November 4 (Scorpio II), December 2 (Sagittarius I)
The January 24th THREE of Diamonds "Financial Creativity," have everything going for them but themselves - they don't have a clue about, who they are or why they are here, until they discover in early adulthood, their connection with the Numinous (having a strong religious or spiritual quality; indicating or suggesting the presence of a divinity). They are Givers in every sense, the Ego NINE of Clubs "Giver of Knowledge" and "Sexiest Male or Female Card" attracts others to stay tuned.
Their karma cards bear the Spiritual gifts they are here to share: the +karma QUEEN of Diamonds "the Philanthropist" as well as the SIX of Hearts "the Peace-Maker." Neil Diamond tells the January 24th story best of all.
